Box Juice Mobile is a truck stunt game featuring six open-world maps inspired by real Jamaican locations.
Every asset in the game—except for the vehicle garage—was modeled, textured, and rigged by me, while my brother, Akeem Pennicooke, handled everything else.
This project was a spin-off of Street Boy.
My brother and I wanted to create an iconic game that Jamaican kids from the ’90s could relate to, converting box drinks into trucks and imagining them as toys.
This project taught me valuable skills in mobile game development, including:
- Optimizing models for mobile games
- Baked lighting techniques
- Creating mobile game maps and environments
- Seamless texturing
- Rigging vehicles for Unity
Working on this game was an incredible opportunity to bring a unique concept to life while enhancing my technical and creative skills.
